About This Project
GITSA is an agency growth consultancy helping insurance and sales agencies increase revenue by tracking sales performance, recruitment activity, and agent productivity. The organization needed a dedicated mobile application to give agency leaders real-time visibility into agent activity and keep performance on track.

What Needed Solving
The client needed an app to track sales activity, appointments, and presentations that agents were making in the field, ensuring performance goals remained on track and giving agency leadership the data visibility needed to identify and address gaps before they became revenue problems.
Real-Time Field Activity Visibility
Agency managers had no centralized visibility into what agents were doing in the field day-to-day. Without real-time tracking, performance gaps were only discovered after they had already impacted revenue.
Sales Activity Data Accuracy
Manual reporting of appointments, presentations, and sales was prone to error, delay, and incompleteness, making it impossible to rely on the data for accurate performance analysis.
Agent Accountability & Motivation
Without a structured tracking system, agents lacked clear visibility into their own performance against targets, reducing accountability and making performance coaching conversations less data-driven.

Our Approach
How We Solved It
We designed and developed the STRIDES iOS app, a purpose-built sales tracking platform for insurance agencies and their agents. The app enables agents to log sales activities, appointments, and presentations in real time, while giving agency leaders a consolidated performance dashboard to monitor progress, identify gaps, and drive accountability. The platform was built with an intuitive mobile-first interface optimized for field use and was successfully submitted to and approved on the Apple App Store.
