FallTech Blog Transformed into a Structured SEO-Driven Content Platform
Building a structured content platform for long-term organic growth

Overview
About This Project
A US-based industrial safety and equipment company looking to transform its blog into a structured, SEO-driven content hub to educate users, support organic growth, and generate qualified leads from industrial professionals.
The Problem
What Needed Solving
The existing blog lacked structure, consistency, and scalability, limiting its effectiveness as a content and lead generation tool. Key challenges included migrating blog content from HubSpot to a new platform, creating a clear content hierarchy and category structure, improving UX across blog homepage, category pages, and article pages, ensuring SEO-friendly URL structures and internal linking, managing inconsistent content formats including PDFs, images, audio, and CTAs, and aligning design with evolving client expectations.
HubSpot Content Migration
Migrating and restructuring an existing blog content library from HubSpot into a new WordPress platform required careful data mapping, URL preservation, and content integrity validation throughout the transfer.
Content Structure & Category Architecture
The existing blog had no clear content hierarchy or category system, making it difficult for users to discover relevant content and for search engines to understand and index the content relationships.
Inconsistent Content Formats
Managing varied content formats across posts including PDFs, images, audio files, and CTAs required a flexible template system that could handle diverse content types while maintaining a consistent reading experience.
SEO-Optimized URL & Navigation Structure
Designing a URL structure and navigation hierarchy covering blog, category, and article levels required careful SEO planning to support both user discoverability and search engine crawlability.
Our Approach
How We Solved It
We approached this as a full content platform transformation, combining development, SEO strategy, and UX optimization. We developed a complete blog ecosystem including a blog homepage, category pages, individual article templates, and author pages. We created a structured content hierarchy with SEO-friendly categories, sub-navigation for blog sections, and an optimized URL structure covering blog, category, and article levels. Content from HubSpot was migrated and restructured into the new system. Key integrations included lead capture forms for downloadable resources, internal linking between articles, and image and media optimization. UX improvements included removal of the cluttered sidebar for a cleaner reading experience, improved typography, and enhanced content flow. SEO enhancements covered metadata implementation, category recommendations, and improved navigation for indexing.
